The City of Kelowna is proud to offer a variety of adult sports leagues for residents.

The majority of Kelowna Sports leagues available are co-ed and range from recreational to competitive in nature. Available at different locations around our beautiful city, leagues are inclusive and affordable.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a rookie trying out a new sport, we have a league for you. Join with friends, family or co-workers to make the most of each season. New to town and still building up your network? Individual registration is also available for most leagues.

With multiple nights of play available, finding a league that fits your busy schedule is easy. Kelowna Sports adult leagues are a great way to stay active and connect with your community!
