City of Kelowna facilities are highly sought after by various users. Local sport organizations, high profile tournaments, City programs and leagues are just a few of the groups utilizing City of Kelowna fields, ice, pools, courts and more on a regular basis.

Space allocation follows specific guidelines that take operational requirements, large events and historical bookings into account while trying to accommodate as many groups as possible. Rogue, un-booked, play is not allowed at City of Kelowna parks and/or facilities. Users found accessing facilities without an official booking may face disciplinary action and/or lose their ability to book facilities in the future.
